针对城市交通可持续发展体系的复杂性和特殊性,提出了一种基于系统工程原理中解释结构模型的体系构建方法。在确定影响要素逻辑关系的基础上,求解系统可达矩阵,构建多层递阶的城市交通可持续发展体系解释结构模型;基于该ISM,解释了体系的内部层次结构及主次因素,明确了体系的神经支撑结构树,指出了体系建设的根本立足点在于交通质量、可持续发展交通的建设能力、交通网络形态;该ISM的建立,为科学建立体系、判定内部结构提供了理论基础。
Aiming at the complexity and particularity of urban traffic sustainable development system, this paper proposes a system construction method based on system engineering principle to explain structural model. On the basis of determining the logical relationship between the influencing factors, the system reachability matrix is solved and a multilevel hierarchical structure model of urban transportation sustainable development system is constructed. Based on the ISM, the internal hierarchy and the primary and secondary factors of the system are explained. It also points out that the fundamental standpoint of system construction lies in the quality of traffic, the capacity of traffic for sustainable development and the form of traffic network. The establishment of this ISM provides a theoretical basis for scientifically establishing the system and determining the internal structure.
