班级是学校的基层组织,班主任则是这个基层组织的主要负责人和管理者,对班集体建设和学生个体的成长起到引导性作用。本文针对小学班主任班级管理的沟通艺术进行探讨,以期为班级管理实践提供一定的指导。
Class is the grassroots organization of the school, and the class teacher is the chief responsible person and manager of this grassroots organization, which plays a guiding role in the collective construction of classes and the growth of individual students. This article discusses the communication art of class-level management of primary school teachers in order to provide some guidance for class management practice.
