目的通过分析送往甘肃省新筛中心实验室筛查干血斑样本质量情况,为今后提升我省新生儿筛查样本质量提供参考。方法对2012年~2016年送甘肃省新筛中心实验室进行新生儿疾病筛查的9个地州市干血斑样本,按照年份、送检机构类别、地区探讨送检样本质量情况;并对2016年送检的不合格样本产生原因进行统计分析。结果 (1)5年间共筛查646 812例干血斑样本,不合格8226例,总体不合格率为1.27%,整体呈现下降趋势;按照医院类别统计,新筛干血斑样本不合格率,妇幼专科类医院为1.01%,非妇幼专科类医院为1.45%;临夏州、甘南州送检样本的不合格率在9个地州市中较高,分别为2.47%、2.45%。(2)2016年我实验室收到不合格干血斑样本747例,经不合格原因分析,血斑未渗透为主要原因,占50.47%。结论送往甘肃省新筛中心实验室的干血斑样本质量逐年提高,同时应加强对非妇幼专科类医院及临夏州、甘南州人员培训和督导,尤其强调血斑采集应双面渗透的要求。
Objective To analyze the quality of dry blood spot samples sent to the New Screen Center of Gansu Province for reference to improve the quality of neonatal screening samples in our province. Methods The blood samples of 9 prefecture-level cities in Gansu Province were collected from 9 new centers in Gansu Province during 2012 ~ 2016, and the quality of the submitted samples was discussed according to the year, the type and region of the submitting institution. Statistical analysis of the causes of unqualified samples submitted in 2016. Results (1) A total of 646 812 dried blood spot samples were screened in 5 years, which failed 8226 cases, the overall unqualified rate was 1.27%, showing a downward trend as a whole. According to the hospital category statistics, Maternity and child specialist hospitals was 1.01% and non-maternity and child specialist hospitals was 1.45%. Linxia and Gannan counties had higher rates of non-compliance in samples submitted to the prefectures and prefectures, accounting for 2.47% and 2.45% respectively. (2) In 2016, 747 cases of unqualified dried blood spot samples were received in our laboratory. After unqualified analysis, the main cause was blood spot impermeability, accounting for 50.47%. Conclusion The quality of dried blood spot samples sent to the new screening center laboratory in Gansu Province has been increasing year by year. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen training and supervision of non-women and children specialist hospitals and Linxia and Gannan prefectures, with particular emphasis on the requirement of double-sided penetration of blood spot collection .
