产科休克为孕产妇在妊娠晚期、分娩期和产后的严重并发症,延误诊治可造成母婴死亡。本文回顾分析我院近10年的75例产科休克,对其发病原因及治疗措施加以讨论。
Obstetric shock for pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum serious complications, delay diagnosis and treatment can cause maternal and infant deaths. This article retrospectively analyzed 75 cases of obstetric shock in our hospital in the past 10 years, and discussed its causes and treatment measures.
