在整改已取得胜利的基础上,去年十一月四川乐山專署召开了档案工作会議,薛付專員在百忙中帶病出席会議亲临指导。会上,他詳盡地分析了全專区档案工作的不同情况和进度,并提出要在一九五八年完成整理积存档案的任务。最后他指出:“档案是劳动人民斗爭的历史記录,不整理好就是对后人不負責任的行为。因此各机关領导要把档案工作列入議事日程,不能忘掉,并要抽出一定的力量,保証任务的完成”。繼專区档案工作
