目的:为制定简便、快捷的传统中药质量控制方法。方法:在同一块薄层板上同时鉴别了制剂中的栀子、连翘、牛蒡子,在另一块薄层板上同时鉴别了金银花和甘草。用高效液相法同时测定了该制剂中连翘苷和牛蒡子苷的含量。结果:通过方法学考察,连翘苷的进样量在18.96~379.2ng)(r=0.9999),牛蒡子苷的进样量在0.3228~6.456μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996)。连翘苷的平均回收率为98.71%(n=9),RSD为2.22%,牛蒡子苷的平均回收率为100.00%(n=9),RSD为1.80%。结论:制剂中多成分的同时鉴别和定量测定简便、快捷、实用。
Objective: To develop a simple and rapid quality control method for traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Simultaneously identified the wolfberry fruit, forsythia, and burdock seeds in the same thin-layer plate, and simultaneously identified honeysuckle and licorice on the other thin-layer plate. The contents of forsythin and arctiin in the preparation were simultaneously determined by HPLC. Results: Through the methodological investigation, the injection amount of forsythin was 18.96~379.2ng) (r=0.9999), and the injection amount of arctiin was in the range of 0.3228~6.456μg, showing a good linear relationship (r=0.9996). ). The average recovery of forsythin was 98.71% (n=9), the RSD was 2.22%, the average recovery of arctiin was 100.00% (n=9), and the RSD was 1.80%. Conclusion: Simultaneous identification and quantitative determination of multiple components in a formulation are simple, quick, and practical.
