每个单位都要经常对其工作情况进行考核和评价。如果没有统一的考评标准,就不可能作出科学而合理的评价。因此,需要制订出一套与管理工作相适应的评价标准。本文拟就加权评分法作为医疗质量评价标准而加以探讨。
Every unit must regularly evaluate and evaluate its work. If there is no uniform assessment criteria, scientific and reasonable assessments cannot be made. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a set of evaluation standards that are suitable for management work.
