一、概述正确测定机器的噪声是个相当复杂的问题,它不仅与测试方法有关,还与测试场所的声学环境条件有关。现行的噪声测试方法的国际标准ISO3744是机电工业各行业噪声测试方法的“母”标准,测试精度属于工程级,测量偏差±2 dB,国际上及我国各行业的工程级(包括准工程级)噪声测试方法标准大多遵守或者参照它的规定。但ISO3744的适用范围有其一定的限制性,在下列条件下是不适用的: ①背景噪声较高的场合不能适用。按ISO3744
