一腐蚀原因及模拟试验硅酸铝纤维是一种新型隔热保温材料,它具有耐高温、热导率低、热容量小、质量轻、抗热震性能好、化学性能稳定等特点。它用于手工业电炉内壁衬里,使电炉具有隔热保温性能好、升温速度快、省时节能等优点,对提高生产率、降低成本及改善劳动条件等方面有显著的经济效益,而且温度越高节能效果越明显。按使用温度,硅酸铝纤维可分为用于1000℃以下的普通硅酸铝纤维和用于1000℃~1300℃的高铝纤维。其化学成分分别见表1和表2。
