铜绿假单胞菌是人类三大机会致病菌之一,其固有的对抗生素和消毒剂的耐受性使治疗十分困难。本文综述了该菌致病机制研究的新进展,介绍了细胞-细胞信号系统与该菌细胞密度依赖性毒力因子的产生和细菌生物膜形成的相互关系,并阐述了研制干扰细胞-细胞信号系统以降低该菌毒力、破坏生物膜形成的药物将是控制感染的有效途径。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the three human pathogenic bacteria, its inherent resistance to antibiotics and disinfectants make treatment very difficult. This review summarizes the recent advances in the pathogenesis of this bacterium, introduces the relationship between the cell-cell signaling system and the generation of bacterial density-dependent virulence factors and bacterial biofilm formation, and describes the development of interfering cell-cell signaling System to reduce the virulence of the bacteria, the destruction of biofilm formation of drugs will be an effective way to control infection.
