目的:研究探讨四逆散合香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的临床治疗效果和治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。方法:将我院收治的慢性胃炎患者48例作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,观察组和对照组各24例。对照组患者给于常规的西药治疗方法,观察组患者在西药治疗的基础上给予四逆散合香砂六君子汤治疗,以1个月作为一个治疗疗程,治疗周期是3个疗程左右。对两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率以及治疗结束后的临床治疗有效率进行比较和分析。结果:两组患者经3个疗程的治疗之后,临床症状均有显著的改善,观察组患者治愈21例,显效1例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率为95.8%;对照组患者治愈12例,显效4例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为87.5%;两组患者的临床治疗有效率的比较有显著差异,且P<0.05,有统计学意义,且两组患者在治疗期间均无显著的不良反应发生。结论:四逆散合香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果显著,且无显著的不良反应发生,用药的安全性和有效性都值得肯定,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Siniosan combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment. Methods: Forty-eight patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: 24 cases in observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with Sini Powder and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment. One month was taken as a treatment course, and the treatment period was about 3 courses. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during treatment and the clinical treatment efficiency after the end of treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: After three courses of treatment, the clinical symptoms of both groups were significantly improved. In the observation group, 21 cases were cured, 1 case markedly effective, 1 effective and 1 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 95.8%. In the control group 12 cases were cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups in the clinical treatment efficiency, and there was significant difference between two groups Patients during treatment were no significant adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion: The clinical effect of Sini Powder combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis is remarkable, and no significant adverse reactions occur. The safety and efficacy of the drugs are worthy of affirmation and have the value of clinical popularization and use.
