西南地区水利渔业科技协作会第五次会议于1991年11月10—12日在云南省大理市召开。出席会议的有来自四川、贵州、云南三省水利渔业主管部门负责人、工程技术人员共126名。会议总结交流了第四次科技协会议三年来西南三省水利渔业科技协作工作。会议收到论文、技术总结、调查报告等32篇,大会有了名代表作了发言。出席会议的代表参观了云南省大理白族自治州洱源县
The fifth meeting of Southwest Water Conservancy and Fisheries Science and Technology Collaboration was held on November 10-12, 1991 in Dali, Yunnan. A total of 126 people in charge of water conservancy and fisheries departments and engineering technicians from Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan provinces attended the meeting. The meeting summed up the exchange of scientific and technological cooperation in water conservancy and fisheries in the three provinces of Southwest China over the past three years under the Fourth S & T Association. The conference received 32 papers, technical summary, investigation reports and other articles. There were speeches made by famous representatives at the conference. The delegates attending the meeting visited Eryuan County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province
