砼工程机械化作业,离不开泵送管道的使用,实践证明机械系统的运行故障也多出现在管道上,因此管好用好输送管道,对保证整套系统稳定高效的运行,是很关键的。我们的做法,突出有以下几点。 1.泵送时必须用好管道端部的胶质钢丝软管,以增加摆动排料的面积这段管的重量加上管内料重,要改变排料方向很吃力,故有些工地在泵送时不愿使用它。实际上,使用软管,布料面积可以扩大几倍、十几倍,既省工省力,又保证泵送质量、机械化作业效率才能正常发挥。值得注意的是,在不愿使用软管的地方,往往有的想以强力改变钢管出口位置来解决排料堆积的问题,这是很危险的操作。管道的运行压力为3~5.5MPa,有时还更
