王家园水库建成运行40余年,过水土坝混凝土溢流坝面结构老化,裂缝严重问题几经加固处理无法根治,安全泄洪条件日趋恶化,急需进行全面彻底的除险加固处理。经过比选确定了左岸新建泄洪隧洞布置方案,并结合新的泄洪布置方式重新进行洪水调节分析,最大限度地提高汛限水位,增加兴利库容。
After more than 40 years of operation, the Wangjiayuan Reservoir has been in operation for more than 40 years. Overcoming the serious structural problems caused by the overflow of the concrete spillway dam, several serious problems of cracks can not be solved by the reinforcement treatment and the safe flood discharge conditions are deteriorating day by day. After comparison and selection, the layout scheme of the new spillway tunnel on the left bank was determined, and the flood regulation analysis was re-combined with the new layout of flood discharge and arrangement to maximize the flood control water level and increase the profit and storage capacity.
