本文根据对等离子弧焊接时双弧形成机理的分析,提出了强压缩无双弧等离子焊接方法及焊炬的设计原则,为改善等离子弧的稳定性提供了一条新的、更好的途径。
Based on the analysis of formation mechanism of double arc during plasma arc welding, this paper presents a design principle of non-double arc plasma welding with strong compression and welding torch. It provides a new and better way to improve the stability of plasma arc.
