20世纪90年代以来,随着联合国环发会议的进程,贸易、环境和可持续发展问题日益突出。农产品的国际市场竞争激烈。中国的农业生产技术水平与发达国家相比存在相当差距,在世界市场是竞争中处于不利的境地。入世后的中国,“绿色”壁垒更将成为中国农产品出口的拦路虎。本文通过在对“绿色”壁垒的介绍的基础上,针对它给中国农产品出口造成的影响,提出几点对策。
Since the 1990s, with the UN UN Conference on Environment and Development, the issue of trade, environment and sustainable development have become increasingly prominent. The international market for agricultural products is highly competitive. Compared with the developed countries, there is a considerable gap between the level of agricultural production technology in China and the unfavorable situation in the world market. After China’s accession to the WTO, the “green ” barrier will become the stumbling block to China’s agricultural exports. Based on the introduction of the “green” barrier, this article aims to give some suggestions on its impact on the export of agricultural products in China.
