提出一种通过调节钢坯在预热段和加热段的温升率来设定预热段和加热段的最优设定温度的方法 ,并且实现了提出的算法 .在提出的方法中 ,最优温度的设定是一个重复过程 ,即在每个计算周期都进行计算 .这样可以最大限度的消除系统的不确定因素的影响从而保证设定温度的最优 .通过文末的仿真及提供的数据可以看出本方法可以在一定程度上保证加热质量同时达到节能的目的 .
