企业思想政治工作是一项系统工程,是推动企业改革攻坚的巨大动力和基本依靠。必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,进一步提高对加强和改进企业思想政治工作重要性的认识,坚持实施党政“一把手”抓思想政治工作的领导分工制度,坚持在解决干部职工的深层次思想认识和实际问题上下功夫,不断增强思想政治工作的主动性和针对性,进一步拓展企业思想政治工作的渠道、创新机制、增强工作的实效性。
