在研究某种微量元素的生物学作用时,若使动物的该元素营养状况接近或刚达到生理需要量,则其生理效应的表达要比过量时更为灵敏。为此,本文介绍一种动物饲料配制方法,以建立锌营养水平不同的大鼠模型。 (一) 饲料蛋白的纯化 用0.5%EDTA·2Na溶液洗涤大豆蛋白和酪蛋白,反复3次,再用蒸馏水清洗5次,过滤烘干即得纯化蛋白。 (二) 饲料配方 蔗糖45%,葡萄糖20%,大豆蛋白15%,酪蛋白4%,植物油10%,复合盐5.7%(含CaHPO_427.2g,CaCO_39.6g,NaHPO_46.7g,NaCl3.8g,KCl6.7g,
When studying the biological effects of a trace element, the physiological effects of the element in the animal are more sensitive than those in excess when the nutritional status of the element is approached or has just reached the physiological requirement. To this end, this article describes a preparation method of animal feed to establish different levels of zinc nutrition rat model.
