基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)可以降解细胞外基质,而基质金属蛋白酶抑制物1,2(TIMP-1,2)可以抑制MMP-2对细胞外基质的降解。测定43例慢性丙肝患者血浆MMP-2、TIMP-1,2的浓度并与肝组织学特点作比较以确定这些酶的测定能否作为慢性肝病的判定指标。 病人和方法:43例慢性丙型肝炎患者,男29例、女14例,均经RT-PCR证实HCV RNA阳性,组织学符合慢性肝炎的诊断标准,并排除了其他病因所致肝损伤。19例健康对照者中,男12例、女7例,年龄23~69岁。血浆TIMP-1,2和MMP-2采用三明治夹心ELISA法测
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-2) can degrade the extracellular matrix, while matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors 1 and 2 (TIMP-1,2) inhibit the degradation of extracellular matrix by MMP-2. Plasma concentrations of MMP-2 and TIMP-1 were measured in 43 patients with chronic hepatitis C and compared with the histological features of liver to determine whether these enzymes could be used as indicators of the diagnosis of chronic liver disease. Patients and Methods: 43 patients with chronic hepatitis C, 29 males and 14 females, were confirmed by RT-PCR positive for HCV RNA, histology consistent with the diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis, and rule out other causes of liver damage.
