I was always biased against me and displeased with my eyes. My day is very sad, what should I do? Workplace conflict itself is one of the main causes of interpersonal obstacles, but according to my own experience, I am afraid that the final outcome and the client’s own personality traits related. Some people are not good at self-adjustment after being suppressed by their superiors, and they feel frustrated and think they have lost their chances for the future.
