首先通过进行无刺桅杆刺槐繁殖与遗传稳定性试验结果表明,无刺桅杆刺槐结实率极低;它的嫁接亲和性比较好;根插繁殖试验结果证明,1.1~1.4cm长的根穗萌芽率最高。其次,通过研究无刺刺槐的细胞学及分子生物学得出,各种无刺刺槐的快繁生长情况有明显差异,其中以朝鲜无刺刺槐生长状况最好;不同品种无刺刺槐的再生率与其快繁有较大的联系,凡是快繁效率高的材料其再生率也较高。
