鱼藤根粉的溶剂提取物对蔬菜、果树、烟草等作物主要害虫的作用活性和药效进行测定的结果表明,其提取物对害虫具有强烈的触杀、拒食和致畸等作用。鱼藤精乳油对害虫的触杀LC(50)(致死中浓度,mg/L,下同)是:柑桔红蜘蛛4.63;菜青虫34.53;萝卜蚜16.83;桃蚜57.29;萝卜蚜和桃蚜混合种群23.41;桔蚜10.24。鱼藤根粉各溶剂提取物对菜青虫幼虫LC(50)是:丙酮33.26;乙醇34.51;苯39.34。用三龄菜青虫幼虫测定,其拒食效果是:50mg/L纯鱼藤酮为91.95%;丙酮提取物50mg/L为80.91%,100mg/L为97.92%;在试验期间内,供试的叶片几乎没有被取食。用丙酮提取物0.28μg/头点滴四龄幼虫7天后,仅有13%的幼虫能正常化蛹,而对照达76.67%。用2.5%鱼藤精乳油250倍防治田间害虫效果是:菜青虫接近5%高效氯氰菊酯(alphacypermethrin)2000倍效果,明显高于50%乐果(dimethoate)1000倍效果;柑桔红蜘蛛:药后48h效果与73%克螨特(propargite)1000倍相当;而对萝卜蚜和桃蚜混合种群、核蚜、桔蚜等与50%乐果1000倍?
