本文主要说明,在磁硫铁矿浮选系统中,引用磁选法,不但可以提高选矿效率和增加处理量,而且可以节省浮选机台数和降低损失,同时把磁硫铁矿的磁性和浮游性的关系、粒度和磁性的关系,都进行了科学的分析。(1)磁硫铁矿的磁性愈强,愈有亲水性,浮游就愈困难,磁性愈弱愈有疏水性,浮游愈容易。因此,在磁硫铁矿浮选前先以磁选法回收强磁性部分后,再以浮选法处理共余部分,实验证明不但适当而且有利。(2)磁硫铁矿是一种磁力异向性强的矿物,磁性与粒度有很大关系,粒度较大,磁性就较强,容易磁选。反之,粒度较小,磁性就较弱,不易磁选而适于用浮选。所以,磁选磁硫铁矿时,应该记住,在粉碎过程中,单体分离度和磁选难易度,是两个相反的条件,过粉碎是应该禁止的。(3)本文着重指出,在硫化矿选矿厂中,以混合优先浮选法分离铜和硫化铁时,从矿物物性论的观点出发,应该采用浮选和磁选并用,磁选先行的选矿系统(提要是译者加的)。
