提出了一种由产品关联图自动生成产品装配优化序列的方法。首先对产品关联图进行割集运算,并由此可得相应的产品装配与/或图,再由此与/或图构造出产品装配的知识PETRI网,运行此知识PETRI网后便可得到此产品的最佳装配序列。本文介绍的这种基于知识PETRI网的机器人装配规划方法与目前常规的机器人装配规划方法,如启发式搜索法与基于装配知识库的装配专家系统相比,规划速度快。由于该方法将人工智能应用于PETRI网中,故智能强,且算法简单,因此更适合于在线规划,并可广泛运用于柔性装配系统中。
A method to automatically generate product assembly optimization sequence from product correlation graph is proposed.
