电力节能减排是全社会节能减排的重要方面,由于电力生产消费涉及从电厂到客户的众多环节,因此电力节能需要全社会共同努力。本文着重分析了广东、广西、云南、贵州、海南(以下简称五省区)能源生产和消费现状,分解了五省区“十一五”节能减排目标,对电力生产、输送、消费等各主要环节的节能潜力进行了研究。
Energy-saving emission reduction is an important aspect of energy-saving and emission reduction in the whole society.
