目的:建立高效液相色谱双波长检测法同时测定苏合香丸中苯甲酸和肉桂酸含量。方法:采用HPLC Waters Sun Fire TM C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.1%醋酸水溶液-甲醇(60∶40)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:0~18min时228 nm(苯甲酸),18.1~35 min时285 nm(肉桂酸);进样量10μL;柱温:室温。结果:苯甲酸和肉桂酸的线性范围分别为1.0~50.0μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7),0.2~10.0μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9);平均回收率分别为96.88%(RSD=1.6%,n=9)和99.35%(RSD=1.7%,n=9)。结论:苯甲酸和肉桂酸的线性范围分别为1.0~50.0μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7),0.2~10.0μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9);平均回收率分别为96.88%(RSD=1.6%,n=9)和99.35%(RSD=1.7%,n=9)。
Objective: To establish a dual - wavelength high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and cinnamic acid in Suhexiang Pills. Methods: The HPLC Waters Sun Fire C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% acetic acid in methanol (60:40) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- 228 nm (benzoic acid) at 18 min, 285 nm (cinnamic acid) at 18.1-35 min; injection volume 10 μL; column temperature: room temperature. Results: The linear ranges of benzoic acid and cinnamic acid were 1.0-50.0μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 7) and 0.2-10.0μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 96.88% RSD = 1.6%, n = 9) and 99.35% (RSD = 1.7%, n = 9). CONCLUSION: The linear range of benzoic acid and cinnamic acid are 1.0-50.0μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 7) and 0.2-10.0μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries are 96.88% RSD = 1.6%, n = 9) and 99.35% (RSD = 1.7%, n = 9).
