为了合理控制石油化工项目投资,项目决策者需要制定正确的技术经济决策,以及对常用的石油化工装置投资估算方法进行应用研究。通过构建7个具有代表性且相互独立的石油化工装置特征向量及参照历史同类装置数据,分别运用规模指数法、多元线性回归法、模糊数学法及人工神经网络法等进行模拟计算及对比分析,得出以上4种石油化工装置投资估算方法在不同设计阶段下的精确度、适用范围及改进等方面的实践应用。
In order to control the investment of petrochemical projects reasonably, project decision-makers need to make the correct technical and economic decisions as well as conduct applied research on the commonly used petrochemical plant investment estimation methods. By constructing seven representative and independent petrochemical plant eigenvectors and referring to historical data of similar devices, the numerical calculation and comparative analysis are respectively carried out by means of scale index method, multiple linear regression method, fuzzy mathematics method and artificial neural network method, Draw the above four kinds of petrochemical plant investment estimation method in different stages of design accuracy, scope and improvement of practical application.
