1988年5月至1993年4月,对208例妊娠16~20周孕妇进行羊膜腔穿刺,取羊水细胞培养作染色体病产前诊断,检出异常6例,检出率29%。6例异常包括:在9例夫妇一方为染色体平衡易位携带者对象中发现2例;80例高龄(>35岁)孕妇中证实2例;1例为怀疑患血友病A的男胎;另一例发现在一位情绪极其低落的孕妇中。采用改良的羊水细胞培养方法,各种染色体显带技术,羊水细胞培养成功率大大提高,成功率为99.5%。进一步缩短了培养时间,平均7.6d。4例严重红细胞污染(每ml羊水的红细胞污染数>7.7×107)的羊水细胞培养都获得成功。
From May 1988 to April 1993, 208 pregnant women with gestational age from 16 to 20 weeks were subjected to amniocentesis, and amniotic fluid cell culture was used for prenatal diagnosis of chromosomal disease. Six cases were detected abnormality, with a detection rate of 29%. 6 abnormalities were found in 2 of 9 couples with chromosomally balanced translocation carriers, 2 of 80 elderly (> 35) pregnant women, 1 male with suspected hemophilia A, Another case was found in an extremely depressed pregnant woman. A modified amniotic fluid cell culture method, a variety of chromosome banding technology, amniotic fluid cell culture success rate greatly improved, the success rate was 99.5%. Further shorten the training time, an average of 7.6d. Four cases of severe red blood cell contamination (erythrocyte contamination per ml of amniotic fluid> 7.7 × 107) amniotic fluid cell cultures were successful.
