针对大功率刮板输送机频繁自动停机的故障,分析了其启动压降,针对其启动压降过大,总结了更换移动变压器、设置系统电压、更换先导模块及采用变频控制4种解决方案,并计算了每种方案启动压降数值。采取了更换先导模块及启动变压器的方案,较好的解决了刮板输送机自动停机故障,并对大功率刮板输送机的使用提出了几点建议。
In view of the frequent automatic shutdown of high-power scraper conveyors, the start-up pressure drop is analyzed. In view of the large start-up pressure drop, four solutions of replacing the mobile transformer, setting the system voltage, replacing the pilot module and using the inverter control are summarized. And calculated the pressure drop value of each scheme. Adopted the program of replacing the pilot module and starting the transformer, it solved the automatic stop failure of the scraper conveyor and put forward some suggestions on the use of the high-power scraper conveyor.
