随着我国产业结构调整,煤炭工业受到了较为严重的冲击,行业面临新的生存挑战。同时,在十八大精神指引下,煤炭行业也在积极的探索发展之路,深化改革。而煤炭工业作为我国社会主义建设时期的重要经济支柱,从业人口庞大,社会网络复杂,内部的深化改革遭遇较大阻力。在十九大即将召开之际,从我国经济发展的大环境出发,以信息化社会发展为契机,准确把握形势,在煤矿企业积极自主的开展思想政治工作,为深化改革创造良好条件是极为必要的。本文即从创新这一时代主题出发,从目前我国煤矿企业思想政治工作面临的压力出发,提出相关的创新煤矿企业思想政治工作的思路。
With the adjustment of the industrial structure in our country, the coal industry has been hit harder and the industry is facing new challenges to survival. At the same time, under the guidance of the 18th CPC National Congress, the coal industry is also actively exploring the road of development and deepening the reform. As an important economic pillar of China’s socialist construction period, the coal industry has a large population, complicated social networks and more resistance to deepening internal reforms. In the upcoming grand opening of the Ninth Congress, starting from the great environment for economic development in our country, taking the development of information society as an opportunity, accurately grasping the situation, it is extremely necessary for coal mining enterprises to actively carry out their ideological and political work autonomously and create favorable conditions for deepening the reform of. Starting from the theme of innovation in this era, this paper, starting from the current pressures of ideological and political work in China’s coal mining enterprises, puts forward some ideas to innovate the ideological and political work in coal mining enterprises.
