乡镇财政是我国整个财政体系的基础,直接面对的是广大乡村的农民群众。乡镇财政所会计人员在巩固基层财政,落实强农惠农政策,推进城乡一体化等方面发挥重要作用,但乡镇财政所的财务工作的效率和质量不高,资金监管难度大,会计人员队伍业务能力亟待提高。笔者通过对乡镇财政会计人员现状进行分析,并对提高乡镇财政所会计人员素质提出建议,为群众提供优质、便捷、高效的服务。
