由于我国不断发展的航运事业,对航运人才的需求越来越大,特别是具有一定英语水平的远洋船员。到底要具备怎样的英语职业能力才是一名合格的远洋船员?本文就是利用实地走访、问卷调查、网络检索等手段对行业、航运企业、海事专家和实践专家进行调研,以及对2010年发布的“STCW公约马尼拉修正案”和11规则下制定的考试大纲的解读,了解航运企事业和法律法规对船舶轮机部船员岗位的英语职业能力的要求。
Due to the continuous development of China’s shipping industry, the demand for shipping talents is getting larger and larger, especially for ocean-going sailors who have a certain level of English. In the end, what kind of English occupation ability should we possess is a qualified ocean-going crew? This article is to investigate the industries, shipping companies, maritime experts and practical experts by means of field visits, questionnaires and web searches, Interpretation of the “Outline of Examinations Made Under the Manila Amendment to the STCW Convention” and the “11 Rules” to understand the requirements of shipping enterprises, laws and regulations on English proficiency in crew positions of the Marine and Marine Products Department.
