一、上肢运动练习目的:增强肱二头肌的力量。练习方法:双脚左右开立与肩同宽,两脚踩住拉力带两端,双手与肩同宽,掌心向上握紧拉力带,当肱二头肌收缩时,使肘关节弯曲;当舒张时,使肘关节伸展或前臂下垂(见图1)。练习要求:当肱二头肌舒张时,继续控制力量不要放松,1个8拍后停顿,注意力集中在肱二头肌上。二、肩部运动练习目的:增强三角肌的力量,增加肩部宽度。练习方法:双脚左右开立与肩同宽,两
