用水淬法制备出直径为 9mm的Zr41Ti14Ni8Cu12 .5 Be2 2 .5 Fe2 非晶棒 ;XRD和DSC对获得的非晶合金进行各种分析 ,研究了铁元素对Zr41Ti14Ni8Cu12 .5 Be2 2 .5 Fe2 非晶形成能力、硬度及热稳定性的影响 .同时发现经过完全退火处理后 ,合金的硬度有显著增加 .初步分析了硬度提高的原因 ,并对这种大块非晶的形成机制进行了探讨
The Zr41Ti14Ni8Cu12.5Be2 2 .5Fe2 amorphous rods with a diameter of 9mm were prepared by water quenching method. Various analyzes of the obtained amorphous alloys were carried out by XRD and DSC. The effects of iron on the crystallization of Zr41Ti14Ni8Cu12.5Be2.2.5Fe2 amorphous Forming ability, hardness and thermal stability.At the same time, it was found that the hardness of the alloy increased significantly after complete annealing treatment.The reason of the increase of hardness was analyzed and the formation mechanism of bulk amorphous was discussed
