为了满足经济发展对板带材精度提出的愈来愈高的要求,国内外在板凸度和板形控制方面做了大量的研究工作。本文在剖析了现有轧机的特点和局限性的基础上,认为轧辊挠度是产生板带厚度差的根本原因,要想进一步提高板带材的厚度精度,必须消除轧辊的挠度。为此,笔者将先进的静压技术与轧制理论相结合研制出一种轧辊支承和压下形式与现有轧机完全不同的新型轧机。
In order to meet the higher and higher requirements of the plate strip for economic development, a great deal of research work has been done on plate crown and plate shape control at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and limitations of the existing rolling mills, the paper thinks that the deflection of the roll is the root cause of the difference of the strip thickness. To further improve the thickness accuracy of the strip, the deflection of the roll must be eliminated. To this end, the author will be advanced hydrostatic technology and rolling theory combined to develop a roll support and rolling form and the existing rolling mill is completely different from the new mill.
