目的探讨围绝经期女性雌激素水平及骨髓状况变化对围绝经期女性骨质疏松发生的影响。方法对我院60例围绝期经分为45~50岁组及51~55岁组,每组30例,行雌二醇(E2)、腰椎骨密度及腰椎磁共振波普分析,比较围绝经期妇女雌激素、骨髓状况与骨质疏松发生的关系。结果 45~50岁组的患者E2水平显著高于51~55岁组,差异具有统计学意义(t=26.59,P<0.05),BMD值也高于51~55岁组,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.34,P<0.05),而磁共振波普分析值MLC(marrow lipid content)低于51~55岁组,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.53,P<0.05);所有患者E2值与骨密度呈正相关(r=0.852,P<0.05),而与波普分析值MLC呈负相关(r=-0.052,P<0.05)。结论雌激素水平降低,可导致骨髓内脂肪含量增加,水含量减少,从而导致骨质疏松。
Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen level and bone marrow status in perimenopausal women on osteoporosis in perimenopausal women. Methods 60 cases of perinatal period in our hospital were divided into 45 to 50 years old group and 51 to 55 years old group, 30 cases in each group. The estradiol (E2), lumbar bone mineral density and lumbar magnetic resonance Relationship between Estrogen, Marrow Status and Osteoporosis in Postmenopausal Women. Results The level of E2 in 45-50 years old group was significantly higher than that in 51-55 years old group (t = 26.59, P <0.05), and the BMD was also higher than that in 51-55 years old group, the difference was statistically significant (t = 7.34, P <0.05). However, MLC (marrow lipid content) was lower than that of 51-55 group (t = 8.53, P <0.05) And bone mineral density (r = 0.852, P <0.05), but negatively correlated with Mp value (r = -0.052, P <0.05). Conclusions The decrease of estrogen level can lead to the increase of fat content in bone marrow and decrease of water content, leading to osteoporosis.
