创新是推动区域发展的重要力量,当前全球正孕育着新一轮科技革命和产业变革,面对新机遇和新挑战,实施创新驱动发展成为广西促进产业转型升级、转变发展方式的重要选择。今年以来中央陆续出台了关于实施创新驱动发展战略、大众创业万众创新等系列文件,十八届五中全会提出,将创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置,让创新贯穿党和国家一切工作,把发展基点放在创新上,塑造更多依靠创新驱动、更多发挥先发优势的引领型发展。广西应牢牢抓住创新驱动发展的重要机遇
