工业和信息化部、国务院机关事务管理局、中共中央直属机关事务管理局出台了《党政机关公务用车选用车型目录管理细则》,明确要求党政机关采购的一般公务用车和执法执勤用车发动机排气量不超过1.8升、价格不超过18万元;纯电动、插电式混合动力等新能源轿车扣除财政补助后价格不超过18万元。
