“Crap” is really useful. According to the U.S. “Medical Daily”, Germany’s study found that stress can improve learning efficiency. Scientists at the Cognitive Neuroscience Institute at Ruhr University in Germany divided 80 participants into two groups. Forty participants took spironolactone, a drug that blocked mineralocorticoid receptor activation, and the rest took placebo.
