随着经济全球化,我国企业的发展规模以及增长速度不断的增加,外国企业也不断进驻国内市场,现在的社会是科技、人才、知识社会,因此企业之间对知识产权的重视不断的加深,但是我国企业知识产权的发展仍然处于初级阶段,很多的地方还不够成熟,包括在质量、数量、管理等方面还存在着诸多的问题,因此本文就我国知识产权管理的现状,挖掘其存在的问题,并企业提出有效的解决方案,以便于帮助我国企业在知识产权管理方面有所改进。
