目的 探讨复方平阳霉素治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 将平阳霉素 8mg ,加地塞米松2mg ,用 0 .9%生理盐水配制每 1ml含平阳霉素 1mg的浓度 ,用 4 1/ 2号针 4 5°直接注入胬肉的颈头部。单眼注射量为 0 .2～ 0 .4mg ,每周注药 1次 ,4次为 1疗程。结果 治疗 2个疗程后 ,治愈率分别为 :静止期 10 0 %、进行期 98.3%、复发期 96%。结论 复方平阳霉素局部注射治疗翼状胬肉操作简便 ,疗效显著 ,副作用小 ,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound pingyangmycin in the treatment of pterygium. Methods Pingyangmycin 8mg, plus dexamethasone 2mg, 0.9% saline prepared per 1ml containing pingyangmycin 1mg concentration, with 4 1/2 needle 4 5 ° directly into the pterygium neck. Monocular injection of 0.2 ~ 0.4mg, 1 injection weekly, 4 times for a course of treatment. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the cure rates were 100% in rest period, 98.3% in duration, and 96% in recurrence. Conclusion The local injection of Pingyangmycin in the treatment of pterygium is simple and convenient, with obvious curative effect and small side effects, which is worth popularizing and applying.
