利用可编程控制装置对光纤光栅的中心波长进行了线性调谐,在此基础上实现了可控波长行波环形腔激光器的运转,波长线性调谐范围可达5.9nm。通过精确控制,波长选择的复现性可达5.13×10-3nm,在检测仪器的精度范围内,波长调谐的线性度达R2=0.999,波长选择间限为0.156nm。
The central wavelength of fiber grating is linearly tuned by programmable control device, and the operation of the controllable wavelength traveling wave ring cavity laser is realized. The linear tuning range of wavelength is up to 5.9nm. Through precise control, the reproducibility of the wavelength selection can reach 5.13 × 10-3nm. The linearity of the wavelength tuning reaches R2 = 0.999 and the wavelength selection limit is 0.156nm within the accuracy range of the detection instrument.
