目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶诱导剂(CD147)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)的表达与宫颈癌浸润、转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测50例宫颈癌、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和10例轻度慢性宫颈炎组织中CD147、MMP-3的表达。结果:宫颈癌组织中CD147的阳性表达率为82.0%,高于轻度慢性宫颈炎组织(40.0%),(P<0.01)。MMP-3在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为86.0%,在CIN中的阳性率为83.3%,明显高于轻度慢性宫颈炎组织中的阳性表达率(20.0%),(P<0.05~0.01);CD147、MMP-3的表达与组织分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、民族、肿块大小无关(P>0.05)。宫颈癌组中CD147和MMP-3的表达呈正相关(r=0.441,P<0.01)。结论:CD147可能促进了MMP-3的表达,CD147和MMP-3可共同作为宫颈癌浸润、转移的评价指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147), matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) and the infiltration and metastasis of cervical cancer. Methods: The expressions of CD147 and MMP-3 in 50 cases of cervical cancer, 30 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 10 cases of mild chronic cervicitis were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The positive rate of CD147 in cervical cancer was 82.0%, higher than that in mild chronic cervicitis (40.0%) (P <0.01). The positive rate of MMP-3 in cervical cancer was 86.0%, the positive rate in CIN was 83.3%, which was significantly higher than that in mild chronic cervicitis (20.0%) (P <0.05-0.01 ). The expressions of CD147 and MMP-3 were closely related to the degree of tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not to the age, ethnicity, tumor size (P> 0.05). The expression of CD147 and MMP-3 in cervical cancer group was positively correlated (r = 0.441, P <0.01). Conclusion: CD147 may promote the expression of MMP-3, and CD147 and MMP-3 may be used together as indicators of invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
