本文采用静滴法对液态纯金属在 TiN、 TiC陶瓷薄膜上的浸润性进行了研究。测 量结果表明,浸润角与系统温度间有相关性,并与整体陶瓷与液态纯金属间的测量结果 相吻合。从附着功的角度对金属与陶瓷薄膜间的结合力进行了初步的探讨。
In this paper, the infiltration of liquid pure metal on TiN and TiC ceramic films was studied by the method of drop-in-drop method. The measurement results show that there is a correlation between the wetting angle and the system temperature, and coincide with the measurement result of the whole ceramic and the liquid pure metal. From the perspective of attaching work, the bonding force between metal and ceramic thin film was discussed preliminarily.
