13号车钩内腔结构复杂,难于机械加工,故要求铸件毛坯能达到互换和良好的三态作用,并便于组装和检修。由于钩体要能互换和影响三态作用的配合尺寸又集中于其内腔,所以对泥芯的尺寸精度要求很高。目前,在车钩型芯生产中均采用合脂砂或水玻璃砂,整个型芯分上下两爿,在震实式造型机上制芯,烘干后,拼芯组装使用。生产效率低,劳动强度大,且在制芯和拼芯过程中尺寸难以保证,精度和表面光洁度差。随着铁路运输的迅速发展,车辆生产批量日益增大,老的生产工艺在
