一、技术要求CNAS-CL01:2006《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》将实验室的社会属性和行为属性的责任要求,大致分为《管理要求》和《技术要求》两大部分来表述。其中《技术要求》(第5章)表述实验室管理体系中特定的基本技术属性,是保证检测/校准数据正确、可靠、有效、一致或可比,最终实现结果互认的关键或核心。当然它需要有《管理要求》(第4章)作为支撑和保障,两者融汇成实验
First, the technical requirements CNAS-CL01: 2006 “test and calibration laboratory accreditation criteria” to the laboratory social and behavioral attributes of the responsibility requirements can be roughly divided into “management requirements” and “technical requirements” to represent the two major parts.
