广播节目安排和广播用语,存在着不必要的“划一”现象。中央台有“新闻和报纸摘要”节目,各省台也就设“新闻和省报摘要”节目;中央台把“主要内容有”改为“下面请听内容提要”,各地方台也就都仿而行之。更奇怪的是,中央台报播音员姓名时一般用两个字,如:“这次节目是由红云、铁城播送的”,各地方台也就把播音员的名字一律改为两个字。这种形式上的“划一”有什么必要呢!依我看,各地广播电台,完全可以在坚持四项基本原则的大前提之下,创造和发展自己的地方特色,各自办成有独特风格的电台。
