在机器制造工业中,电站设备,锻压设备、及其它重型设备中,缸体及筒形电渣焊结构的数量日益增加,环缝电渣焊截面(壁厚)亦逐渐增大。由于壁厚的增大,给电渣焊工艺带来了一系列的问题,这些问题影响到焊接质量的提高,亦影响到环缝电渣焊技术的进一步发展,因此如何解决大厚度环缝电渣焊工艺问题,对重型机器制造行业来说,是一个值得研究和探讨的问题。
In the machine-building industry, the number of cylinders and cylindrical electroslag structures is increasing in power plant equipment, forging equipment and other heavy equipment, and the cross-sectional area (wall thickness) of ring girth ESR is also gradually increasing. Due to the increase of the wall thickness, a series of problems are brought to the electroslag welding process. These problems affect the quality of the welding and affect the further development of the ring gap electroslag welding technology. Therefore, Slag welding process, for heavy machinery manufacturing industry, is a question worthy of study and discussion.
