本文介绍从提高酚改性二甲苯树脂的交联度,使酚改进二甲苯树脂的高温机械强度大为提高,交联固化时间大为减少。该树脂的结构和性能与聚芳烷基醚甲醛树脂(所谓XYLOK树脂)颇为相似,但工艺路线简单、毒性小,三废问题易于解决,原材料丰富。在玻璃布板管材的制造上,基本上可以应用目前已大量生产的环氧酚醛树脂玻璃钢生产的工艺和设备,因而该品种玻璃钢可以较快地投入成批量生产。在小试和中试的基础上,目前该树脂已完成3000立升反应釜的工业放大试验。玻璃钢板也已完成30吨板材的试生产。管子和棒也已试制成功交付试用。
This article describes the improvement of the degree of crosslinking of phenol-modified xylene resin, phenol-modified xylene resin at high temperature mechanical strength greatly improved, crosslinking time greatly reduced. The structure and properties of the resin and polyaralkyl ether formaldehyde resin (the so-called XYLOK resin) is quite similar, but the process is simple, less toxic, easy to solve the problem of three wastes, rich in raw materials. In the manufacture of glass-covered pipes, basically the process and equipment for the production of epoxy-phenolic resin-made glass-steel pipes, which have been mass-produced at present, can basically be applied. Therefore, the glass-reinforced steel of this type can be put into mass production relatively quickly. On the basis of small test and pilot test, at present, the resin has completed the industrial amplification test of 3000 liters reactor. Glass plate has also completed the trial production of 30 tons of plate. Pipes and rods have also been successfully trial-delivered.
